       River Run Cottages B&B                           The Handford House self-catering suites

Whether you chose stay on the water at River Run Cottages or enjoy the comfort of our Handford House Vacation rentals you will be pleased to find that rest and respite can be found so close to the Olympic Venues.

As we prepare to open up reservations for the 2010 Olympics.  We have all four of our B&B river cottages available on a nightly basis and our two self-serve vacation rental suites available on a weekly basis. 

We are 20 minutes from the Speed Skating Oval and access to the Canada Line Sky train which has access to all of the Vancouver Opening Ceremony and competition venues.  For competion Venue and ticket information please check out the Vancouver 2010 Website for more detailed information. 

Transportation to the Whistler Venues can be accessed at either Vancouver or Richmond.  We are 20 minutes from Vancouver International Airport, 45 minutes from Abbotsford Airport and 25 minutes from the US Border crossing.  The Victoria ferry Tsawwassen terminal is 10 minutes away.   

Our rates less taxes are as follows:

For our Olympic reservations we require a 50% deposit on booking and full payment on the 1st of September 2009.  The cancellation policy is that we will refund your credit card once we have re-booked your reservation for the amount of money that we receive upon re-booking less an administrative fee equal to a one night stay.

8% Hotel tax and 5% GST will be applied to your reservation booking.  Pictures of the cottages can be viewed at www.riverruncottages.com.  Your B&B reservation includes a full two course breakfast each morning and the vacation Rental suites include the fridge stocked for your first mornings breakfast.  The rates are based on a double occupancy, addition guests are billed at a onetime additional $25 per night in the B&B and $100 per week in the Suites, with the maximum occupancy for each of the rooms as follows: Netloft – 4; Northwest Room - 3; Waterlily and Keeper’s Quarters – 2; Heritage Suite - 4 adults and 1 child; Fraser Suite – 4.

To confirm your reservation request, please send us the following information at your earliest convenience:

a.    Preferred cottage and dates of visit;

b.    Name(s) of your party;

c.    Mailing address and telephone contact; and

d.    Visa or MasterCard number.
